You are responsible for evaluating any outputs and for complying with any applicable academic, professional, and legal requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

• Interfere with security, access controls, or Platform functionality (including attempting to probe, scan, test, or disrupt systems).
• Violate intellectual property rights or upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive the Platform’s underlying code, models, or non-public systems.

6. Content You Provide

If you submit content (including text, files, or other materials), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use the content to provide the Platform features and to operate and maintain the service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any rights, does not include unlawful material, and does not include personal information of others unless you have appropriate rights and permissions.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for other legitimate reasons, including security or operational concerns.

If your access is terminated, you remain responsible for any fees or charges accrued before termination (if applicable).

8. Enrollment and Payments (If Applicable)

If the Platform offers paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in the plan description.

Billing may be recurring; you are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Taxes (including GST/HST where applicable) may apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolseducati.store and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if no payments were made, $100 CAD).

13. Marketing Communications (CASL)
